He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Rexroad and Elsie Rexroad (Hedge); his siblings, Madge, Manoca, Avagine, Beatrice, Charles, Frank, Ray, James and Gail; and his granddaughter Jessica Elaine.
He is survived by: his significant other Doris Rexroad (Greaves); his children, Bill Jr. (Maria) and Deborah Beaver Falls (Dan); his granddaughters, Megan Pittsburgh (Jeremy) and Brittany (Mark); and his nieces, Jody Dyer and Richmond (Carol Gigliotti) of Texas.
