He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Barr and Ethelyn Barr (Blinn); his brother James "Jim" Barr; his son-in-law William Gray Sr.; and his granddaughter Tara Rae Gray.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Thellman (Mike) and Tammy Gray of New Brighton, Four; his grandchildren, William "Billy" Gray Jr. (Danielle) of Hopewell Twp, Brooke, Bryanna Ryan (Dan) of West Virginia and Tyler Thellman (Allison) of Brighton Twp; his great grandchildren, Liam, Silas, Hadley, Hayden, Sutton and Jasher; and his close friends, Pete Palijash, Ron Sheets, Stan Derosky and Lee Bell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lodge 259 or the Grace Lutheran Church in Rochester.
