He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen J. and Julia Ragula, Sr. (Olash); and his siblings-in-law, Pete Madish and Helen Ragula. He is survived by: his wife Beth Keener Ragula; his children, Stephen J. Ragula III, Nancy Holt (Paul), Cynthia "Cindy" Franze, Kimberly Morack (Steve), Denise Keener and Brooke Michael Keener (Lisa); and his siblings, Edward Ragula and Margaret Madish. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; many great granchildren.
