She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene James and Mary Bosco Morack; her husband Georgee G. Flajnik; her grandson Matthew McBurney; and her brother Dr. John F. Morack.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacquie Flajnik McBurney (Jim).
