He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pflugh and Margaret Pflugh (Shaffer); his wife Charlotte (Gray); his son Robert Pflugh (Jake); his brother John Pflugh; and his brother-in-law William Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Catalano (Michael) of New Sewickley Twp, Timothy Pflugh (Linda) of Puyallup, WA and John Pflugh of Hollywood, MD.; and his in-laws, Michael Gray (Jacque) of Fombell, Bobbi Jo Lapishka (Richard) of Baden and Nancy Gray. He is also survived by his five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
