He is survived by: his children, Robert S. Kolter, Karen L. Kolter, Kimberly A. Dwyer, Lisa M. Macom and New Brighton; his grandchildren, Kelly Dwyer, Candi Kolter, Ryan Bogolea, New Brighton, Kaylee Brown and Kristin Barnes; and his great grandchild Kinsley Dwyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
