He was predeceased by: his parent Charles E.; his children, Richard Coburn Jr. and Pamela Coburn; and his siblings, William Coburn, Donald Coburn, Dorothy Coburn and Betty Nicholson.
He is survived by: his parent Norma Coburn (Reda); his wife Jo Ann Coburn (McDanel); and his children, Diana Apotosh (Jeff), Darlington Rossi, Joey Rossi (Roger), Terry Coburn and Forrest Coburn.
