He is survived by: his wife Kathy Salsgiver; his children, David Cramer (Kristen Cramer), Theresa Booher (Dave Bell), Nicole Herr and Annie Salsgiver; his sister Michelle Rinaldi; and his aunt Mary Anzio. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and many extended family and friends.
