He is survived by: his wife Mary Hrotic (Wilcox); his son Steven M. Hrotic; his grandson Dmitri M. Hrotic; his sister Donna Hertzler (Carl) of Suffolk, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Wilcox, Tom Wilcox, John Wilcox (Michelle) and David Wilcox. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
