He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Poggi and Olga Poggi (Felici); his wife Nancy Poggi (Gaudio); his sister Mary; his brother-in-law Henry Keneski; his brothers, Eugene (Angeline Guzzetti), George (Mary Basile) and Ralph (Alverta Gaudio); and his siblings-in-law, Martha Cosentino and James Steppe.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Poggi (Kathryn) of Seven Fields, PA and Carolyn Barber (Rich) of Frederick, MD; his grandchildren, Brad Barber (Emily), Brett Barber (Megan) and Brittany Barber; his great grandchildren, Kaine and McKenna Barber; his brother Tony Poggi (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, Augustine Cosentino and Teresa Steppe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
