She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Hagerty (Bob) of Chippewa and Clayton Summers of Zelienople, PA; her sisters-in-law, Betty Summers of New Brighton and Nancy Summers Russo of Harmony; her children, Richard Lentz, Jr., Rosella "Buttons" of Rochester, PA, Donna Beery of Salem, OH, Thomas Lentz, Kathy Whaling of Rochester, PA, William Lentz of Freedom, PA and Mary Ruth Cunning of New Brighton, PA; her grandchildren, Richard Lentz III, Autumn Lentz (Matt), Danielle Stewart (Ronda), Denise Halverstadt (Jeremy), Lorrie Beery (Dave), David Lentz, Jr., Donn Lentz (Trista), Dee Lentz, Thomas M. Starr Lentz, Kristianna O'Brien, April Reid (Scott), Matthew Fennell (Teresa) and Andrew Fennell (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Hailey, Zachary, Sydney, Isabella, Elliot B., Xavier, Maddie, Elliot L., Layton, Lino of Dana, JJ, Kathryn, Chance, Parker, Theo, Kimberly, Zayden, Matthew, Tessa, Sara, Aubrey, Landon and Gracin; and her caregiver Aide.
