He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sr. Ondrusek and Claira Ondrusek (Luckowski); and his brother Michael Ondrusek Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Astrid Ondrusek; his daughters, Andrea (Nick Komo) and Claudette (Brian Debo); his grandchildren, Jessica Ondrusek (Christopher Watt), Adam Komo, Hannah and Carly; his great grandchildren, Liviana and Dean Dagostino; and his brother David Ondrusek (Janice). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
