He was predeceased by: his brother Clay Barr; and his grandparents, Ted Johnson, Lola Johnson of Alamogordo, James Barr and Wilda Barr of New Brighton, PA..
He is survived by: his parents, John Barr and Lorraine Barr; and his siblings, Ronald Shepperd (Helen) of Alva, OK, Mickey Shepperd (Jessie) of Las Cruces, NM, Jimmy Barr (Lenora) of Alamogordo, NM and Diane Shepperd Wilson (John) of Cedar Park, TX. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; and 17 great nieces and nephews.
