He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred D. Roth of Wheeling, WV. and Mary Elizabeth Roth of Wheeling, WV.. He is survived by: his brother Fred D. Roth Jr. (Shirley); his nephews, John Derrick Roth (Ashley) of Roanoke and Frederick Daniel Roth III (Michelle) of Los Angeles, CA; his niece Carrie Roth Bauer (Mark) of Port Orange, Florida; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brady, Christian, Kaitlyn and Emily; and his children, Lisa, Paul, David, Jake and Blake.
