He is survived by: his parents, Michael Harris and Genesta (Grimes); his fiancée Amanda Zilk; his siblings, Mike Harris (Tammi), Sarah Harris and Josh Harris (Jeff Simmons); his nieces, Raelynn and Kaitlyn Harris; his nephew Braedyn Bailes; and his parents-in-law, Andrea and Joseph Zilk. He is also survived by several step-siblings, great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to a Suicide Prevention Service in John's name.
