He was predeceased by: his brother Randy Weaver; and also Robert Weaver. He is survived by: his parents, Hilda Weaver (Davis) and Patterson Twp; his wife Darlene Weaver (Klitz); his children, Joshua Weaver (Carly), Tyler Haddox (Laura), Jessica Ward (Sam) and Jessica Lewis (Mike); his grandchildren, Hunter, Evan, Emma, Addison, Heath, Easton, Chloe, Lana and Mina; his siblings, Ryan Weaver and Debbie Haddad (Fred); his sister-in-law Jennifer Weaver; and also, Sheffield and Huntsville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
