He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Nora (Blackburn); and his son J. Dylan Spratt. He is survived by: his sons, Zack Spratt (Leah) and Jacob Spratt (Amanda); his siblings, J. Michael Spratt (Karen), Margaret Eichenlaub (Kim) of Statham, GA, Jeffrey Spratt (Kelly) of Cartersville, GA, J. Ted Spratt (Sandi), Patterson Twp, J. Timothy Spratt (Wendy) and Rochester Twp; and his grandchildren, Rowan, Ryleigh, Jay, Adrien, Leo, Koa and Makai.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested monetary donations for a trust fund to provide for, his daughter, Gracie's, future wishes.
