He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Meier; his siblings, Joseph Meier (Nicky Meier), Jamie Bowen and Julie Burnsworth (Diane Scanlon); his nieces and nephews, Caden, Tyler Meier, Parrick Jones, Carly and Erin Burnsworth; his great-nephew Hayden Burnsworth; his great-niece Hailie Burnsworth; and his aunt Patty Reed (Shelly Meier).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in memory of Jack Meier.
