He was predeceased by: his parents, Cosimo Taglieri and Margaret Taglieri (Venables); his sister Jacqueline Higby; his parents-in-law, Telesfor and Wanda Narkiewicz; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Narkiewicz Stinson.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Taglieri (Narkiewicz); his daughters, Denise Cleveland (Curtis) and Julie Smiley (Joe); his grandchildren, Hanna Wesolowski (Zachary), Brett Smiley and Mason Cleveland; his siblings, Robert Taglieri (Tim Moir) and Lisa Altobello (Robert Hanley); and his siblings-in-law, Ann Narkiewicz Ellenich (Jennifer Ellennich), Nelson Higby and Joseph Narkiewicz (Sally). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Our Lady of the Valley Church, or Family Hospice, Heart of Gratitude, 700 Bower Hill Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15243, in Gordon's name.
