It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Francis Luther (New Brighton, Pennsylvania), born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Luther and Marie Luther (Taddeo); and his brother Melvin Luther. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Luther (Dyke); his children, Monica Gallagher (Ron), Chippewa Twp, Gina Minto of Phoenix, AZ and David Luther (Rachael) of Clintonville, PA; his grandchildren, Brittany Nowacki (Rick), Breana, Brook Gallagher, Michael, Jeremy Luther, Emily, Adam and Douglas Luther; his great grandchildren, Alexia and Ryleigh Bowers; his siblings, Evelyn Carlon of Charleston, SC and Ralph Luther (Alice) of Rochester, PA; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Witman of Columbiana, OH and Diana Crawford of Darlington, PA; and his close friends, Trish and Joe Ross. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jerry's name to Our Lady of the Valley Parish, or the Hillman Cancer Center, Beaver.
