He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Bollard. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie L. Bollard of Coraopolis and Lorrie K. Bollard (Shane Weatherly) of Darlington; and his sister Candace Veon. He is also survived by extended family, nieces, nephews and many close friends.
