He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Spade and Gladys Spade (Bard); and his brothers, Marshall and James Spade. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Spade; his son Jason Spade; his sisters, JoAnn Martin (Sid) and Linda Droz (Dave); his siblings-in-law, Larry, Bill, John Kaufman (Kim), Linda Rachuba and Joni Piser; and his cousins, Jim and Dawna Mike. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
