He was predeceased by: his parent Grayson Eugene; his wife Judith M. Biggs (Texter); and his sister Dale Gioffre. He is survived by: his parent Mary Kathleen Biggs (Redick); his sons, Greg Biggs, East Palestine, James Biggs and Beaver Falls; his siblings, Dennis Biggs (Judy) of Hobart and Daisy Dennis (Frank) of Georgetown; his granddaughter Mackenzie Biggs; and his significant other Jeanette Mackey.
The family requests that any donations be made to Duane's family in care of the funeral home.
