He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debi" Majzlik (Hicks); his daughters, Jamie Majzlik of New Brighton and Amber Hicks of New Brighton; his brother Kevin Majzlik; his sister-in-law Debbie Majzlik; his sister Suellen; his brother-in-law George Verlihay; his nieces and nephews, Kevin Majzlik (Ashley), Laura McClain (Ryan), Ryan Verlihay and Brad Verlihay; his great-niece Sienna McClain; and his great-nephews, Zane and Mac Majzlik. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
