He is survived by: his children, David, Cassy Smith (Steven) and Debbie Slima; his grandchildren, Mallory, Kayla, Chase, Afton, Thaddeus and Diamond; his great grandchildren, Waylon and Charlotte; and his nephew Clint Slima.
