Dalzell III and Ryan Hardesty (Melissa); his grandchildren, Benjamin and Grayson Hardesty; his sister Linda Troutman (Larry); his cousin Andrew "Skip" Klutka; and his caregivers, Kristen, Amy and Clinton.
