We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2021, at the age of 88, Charlotte Circle of New Brighton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Frank Cain and Alice Cain (Conway); and her husband Robert P. "Zeke" Circle. She is survived by: her daughters, Marion Kay (Mark Steffen) and Bobbi Jean (Leroy Voskuhl); her grandson Maxwell Steffen; her brothers, Wayne (Pat Cain) and White Twp; her nephews, Robbie, Eddie and Timmy; and her friend Nancy Steffen.

Masks and social distancing are required by the CDC in the Funeral Home.
