It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecelia A. Colbert (New Brighton, Pennsylvania), born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Mineard and Vera Mineard (Sounders); and her siblings, Robert, George, James Mineard, Bonnie Jean Smith and Lynn Knopsnider.
She is survived by: her husband Frank A. Colbert; and her children, Rebecca Haberman (Dave), Jennifer Lynn Colbert, James A. Colbert and Cassandra Darroch (Patrick). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
