She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence R. McNaughton and Grace A. McNaughton (Shafer); her husband Lloyd V. "Jack" Smith Jr.; her brothers, Lewis and Leon McNaughton; and her stepfather Maynard Weldon.
She is survived by: her children, Lloyd V. Smith III of Schwenksville, Brandon Smith of Harrisburg and Lauren Williams of Mechanicsburg; her grandchildren, Lloyd V. Smith IV, Taylor, Parker Smith, Jordan Smith, Alexis, Dakota, Ashton and Maddix Williams; her great grandchild Graylynn Dickens; and her sister-in-law Lin McNaughton.
