He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Rudy and Eleanor Rudy (Radle); and his siblings, Virginia and Walter "Jim" Rudy. He is survived by: his wife Linda Rudy (Aumiller); and his sons, Marlin (Kimberly Ann), Roderick and Timothy (Dorine). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
