He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wagner and Christina Mae Wagner (Hentzel) of Houtzdale; and his brother William Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wagner (Yarger); his sons, Carl Wagner (Fran) of Newport, Todd Wagner (Jo-Nell) of Newport and Mark Wagner (Beth) of Shermans Dale; his grandchildren, Ryan Wagner (Kelsey) of Harrisburg, Nash Wagner and Victoria Wagner of Shermans Dale; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Kirra, Kloey, Hank Wagner and Kain Feschuk.
