Butcher (Amy) of Vermont, Crystal L. Butcher of Vermont and Samantha M. Weller (Nathan) of Shermansdale; and his sisters, Mary Rehmeyer of Punxsutawney and Pam Warner of Florida. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
