He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Garman and Edna Garman (Newswanger); and his nephews, Joseph W. Garman and Clinton Roy Garman. He is survived by: his stepmother Katie N. Garman; and his siblings, Eugene (Elaine), Clair (Shirley), Lester (Edna Mae), Wilmer (Mary) and Laura (Joel Fox). He is also survived by 36 nieces and nephews and 72 great nieces and nephews.
