He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank A. Briner, Sr. and Anna Irene Briner (Zeiders); his son Frank, III; his grandsons, Christopher and Nicholas Briner; his daughter Heather Dum (Benjamin Dum, Jr.); his grandsons, Benjamin III and Jacob Dum; his brother John H. Briner (Joanne); and his brother-in-law Carson Frymoyer. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
