She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Edward Billow Sr. and Elsie Irene Billow (Blaine). She is survived by: her siblings, Janet L. Schultz (Billow) and Paul E. Billow Jr.; her sister-in-law Pam Billow; and her children, Patricia Ann Passmore, Diane Marie Bowers, Rose Marie Strauser, Jennifer Lee Hammaker, Charles Bradley "Brad" Passmore and Anthony James Passmore. She is also survived by six children, sixteen grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
