He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Rogers and Mary E. Rogers (Meighan); and his siblings, David J. Rogers and Mary E. Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Bethann Rogers; his daughters, Joyce Rogers (David A. Johnson) and Elizabeth Rogers (Ernie Rockwell); his grandchildren, Ethan Smeigh, Owen Shanafelter, Zoe Smeigh, Jordan Morrison, Gia Rockwell and Olivia Watson; and his siblings, Richard Rogers (Madeline), Donna Scofield (Edward), Carol Kemm (David), Christine Castelli (Joseph) and Edward Rogers (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
