Henry (Kelly) of Martinsburg, Scott R. Henry and Sue of New Bethlehem; his grandchildren, Joshua Dubia (Caitlin), Zachary Dubia (Kaylee), Cheyenne Dubia and Samantha Carlington; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Briar Dubia; and his sisters, Carol Rankin of New Bethlehem and Dorothy Downs (Robert) of New Bethlehem.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donation may be made to Clarion Forest VNA Hospice, Squirrel Hill Cemetery, or the Leatherwood Church.
