She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Margaret Hughs Smith; her husband Mervin T. Martz; and her son Larry A. Martz. She is survived by: her daughter Patty Magagnotti (Bill); her grandchildren, Owen, Olivia, Matthew and Eric; her great grandchildren, Sofiya and Haisley; her son Terry Smith (Pam); her grandchildren, Heather and Kelly; her daughter-in-law Penny Martz; her grandchildren-in-law, Carter Martz and Nickita Fetterman (Morgan); her daughter Pam Blake; her grandson Anthony; her daughter Peg Anderson; her granddaughter Anna; her daughter Leigh Shoup; her grandchildren, Tommy and Missie; her brothers, Harold, George and Rich Smith; and also, Grayson and Carson. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.

Due to the current restrictions and recommendation associated with Corona Virus, services will be held at a later date for Mrs. Martz.
