He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Foringer and Alice Foringer (Miller); his daughter Laurie J. Collett; and his brothers, Donald Foringer, Richard Foringer and Gary Foringer.
He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Foringer (Males) of New Bethlehem; his daughters, Linda Moore (Vernon) of St. David and Lisa Nicholson (Nick) of Pickens; his son-in-law Willis Collett of Dubois; his grandchildren, Dustin Moore (Mellissa) of Silver City, Tyler Moore of Phoenix, Brooke Little of Greenville and Kelsey Bauer (Zach) of Phoenixville, PA.; and his great grandchild Vernon Moore of Silver City.
