He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter T. Shreckengost and Grace M. Silvis Shreckengost; his daughter-in-law Patty Shreckengost; and his siblings, Joe, Frank, Jane, Nancy, Margaret, Alice and Naomi.
He is survived by: his wife Esther L. Blair; his children, Robert "Lynn" Shreckengost of Punxsutawney, Greg Shreckengost (Daryla) of Kittanning, Crystal Steele (Randy) of Apollo and Shelly Bonnett (Michael) of Zelienople; his grandchildren, Gabriel Shreckengost (Melissa), Ciara Irons (Tim), Amber Danielson (Andrew), Ivy Shreckengost, Hannah Wise (Brandon), Emma Steele, Julianna Bonnett, Sarah Bonnett, Rebekah Bonnett and Andrew Bonnett; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Evelyn Irons; and his brother Harold Shreckengost of Texas.
Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak and restrictions, a private family funeral service will be held at the Rupert Funeral Home and Cremation Service Chapel.
