She was predeceased by: her parent Oscar Shreckengost; and her siblings, Floyd Shreckengost, Theodore Shreckengost, Helen Schreckengost, Elva McAninch and Laura Stewart.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Shreckengost (Crissman); her son Jeffrey Shreckengost (Jane) of New Bethlehem; her grandchildren, Randy Shreckengost (Tina), Bobby Shreckengost (Diana), Mike Shreckengost (Jennifer) and Melissa Kahle Jeffrey Shreckengost, Jr. (Jennifer); and her sisters-in-law, Pauline "Boose" Shreckengost of Brookville and Agnes Shreckengost of Dayton. She is also survived by thirteen great- grandchildren, and eight great-great- grandchildren.
