It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Lou (Baker) Shaffer (New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 23, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Dean Clair Shaffer; and her parents, Trudy Mae (Bish) and Donald Maywood Baker of New Bethlehem. She is survived by: her children, Jacklyn Lou Painter (James), Michael DeWayne Shaffer (Leslie), Amy Jo Beckwith (John), Becky Sue Harriger (Michael), Judy Kay Shaffer, Trudy Rae Reinsel (David) and Andrew King Shaffer; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jolene, Justin, Amanda, Nathan, Rochelle, Tyler, Raeanne, Tristen, Allison, Owen, Celia and Jade; her brother-in-law Terry Shaffer (Karen); her sons, Timothy Dean Shaffer and Carl Scott Shaffer; and her grandchildren, Brandon Michael Shaffer and Kessa Brette Beckwith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
