Hetrick, Jr.; her son Mike Hetrick; and her siblings, Pauline Daugherty (Theodore), Alvine Lucas (Geneva), Irene Kerr (Darl), Katherine Adams Avery (Lester), Ralph Lucas (Ruby), Lucille Reddinger (Percy), Clarence Lucas (Enid), Myron Lucas (Edna), Phillip Lucas (Virginia), Robert Lucas, Kenneth Lucas (Betty), Duane Lucas and Elmo Derose Kline (Bucky).
She is survived by: her children, Dean Hetrick (Lisa) of New Bethlehem, Dale Hetrick (Charlotte) of Painesville, Timothy Hetrick (Rae) of New Bethlehem, Marc Hetrick (Sherry) of New Bethlehem, Judy Smith (Edward) of New Bethlehem, Penny Kunselman (Thomas) of New Bethlehem, Cindy Hetrick of Eugene and Janet Shoemaker (Barry) of Cooksburg; her sister Chelcie Edwards of Eagle Harbor; her daughter-in-law Judy Hetrick of New Bethlehem; her sisters-in-law, Velma Lucas of New Bethlehem and Kay Lucas of New Castle; and her friends, Cindy, Jodie and Shelley. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
