He is survived by: his mother Olive Lucas Hetrick (Judy); his wife Judy Rhoades; his children, Chad, Clint, Laura and Audra; his siblings, Dean, Dale, Tim, Marc Hetrick, Judy Smith, Penny Kunselman, Cindy Hetrick and Janet Shoemaker; and his grandchildren, Emily (Heasley), Tyler Lubas, Gretchen Fenstermaker, Justin Heasley, LeighAnn Hetrick, Hunter Hetrick and Briar Hetrick. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
