He is survived by: his father-in-law Charles Wells; his son Ken Blake (Mandy) of New Bethlehem; his grandson Steven Blake (Jennifer); his children, Duncan, Trinity Blake, Emma, Avery Cravener and Suzette Gunter (Mark) of New Bethlehem; his grandchild Denelle Procious (Ryan); and his children, Abigail, Tenley, Gunner, Evelyn Procious, Toni Ryver (Nate), Paisley and Prudence Ryver.
