She was predeceased by: her parents, Susan Evanek and Joseph Evanek; her siblings, Joseph, John, George Evanek, Mary Evanek Bartley, Margaret Evanek Colyvas and Ella Evanek Brooks; and her nephews, Michael Brooks, Thomas Brooks and George Bartley.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Barbara L. Bartley of Huey, Susan Brooks Moore (Terry) of Lucinda, Christine Brooks Myers (Gene) of Maumee, OH, Marella Colyvas of Boulder, CO, Russell Bartley (Mary) of Clarion, Joseph Bartley (Marilyn) of Sligo, John F. Brooks, II (Carol) of New Bethlehem and Raymond Brooks (Wilma) of Haines City, FL. She is also survived by great-grand-nieces and nephews.
