He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cummings and June Cummings (Black). He is survived by: his spouse Loria Cummings (Snyder); his children, John Cummings of New Bethlehem, Kim Clouse of Dayton, Roxanne Brink of New Bethlehem, Heather Cummings of West Sunbury and Nicole Cummings of New Bethlehem; and his siblings, Candis Chestnut of Hazen, Charles Cummings, II of Virginia and Randy Cummings of Virginia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
