It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Cathcart (New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania), born in Rimersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 2, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Lawrence W. Cathcart; and his siblings, Ethel Eberhart, Louise Burford, Alice Leavens, Barbara Cathcart, Merle Wagner, Don Cathcart, Robert Cathcart and Preston Cathcart.
He is survived by: his parent Audrey Wagner Cathcart; his wife Noreen; his children, Diana Brinkley (Ed) of Pittsburgh, Michael Cathcart (Susan) of Mt. Wolf and Jeffrey Cathcart (Sue) of Peachtree City; his grandchildren, Doug Brinkley (Michelle), Derek Brinkley (Katie), Brett Cathcart, Ashley Cathcart, Lauren Cathcart, Erin Cathcart and Olivia Cathcart; his great grandchildren, Mia, Brady, Ella, Kylie and Josie Brinkley; and his sister Lois Campbell (DelRoy) of Massillon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
