He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Rupp and Hulda Crissman Rupp; his siblings, Ken, Melvin, Clayton, Robert, Dale Rupp, Geraldine Buzzard and Ethel Adams; and his son-in-law Mike Rupert.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Mann; his children, Wayne Rupp (Bonnie), Linda Rupert, Virginia Sarvey, Polly Sinclair (Gary), Lavina Mumau (Brian) and Donna Rupp (Mike); and his brothers, Preston Rupp (Martha), Arthur Rupp (Barb) and Theodore Rupp (Judy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
