It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Samuel Hetrick of New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Mayport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Hetrick and Ella Hetrick (Shaffer); his daughter Brenda Hetrick Truitt; and his siblings, John Hetrick and Dorothy Reedy.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Hetrick; his son Ronald Hetrick (Pauline); his grandchildren, Michael Truitt (Becky), Amanda Smith (Brock) and Angela Stewart (Justin); his great grandchildren, Matthew, Samantha Truitt, Malachi, Cain and Bella Stewart; and his siblings, Grace Burkett, Mary Lou Shriver, Carl Hetrick and Richard Hetrick.
